2. Use your good friends not the supervisor for reference.don't mention the "leaving in a month" even your friend knows. It is not necessary to let the potential employer know.
3. Try the best to get an offer asap.
4. For any employer inquiry, your current status is working
5. Reason for leave: career potential, new technology, family reasons, etc.
