I didn't know that “rude, impolite, unrespectful, unprofessional” behaviors is considered harassment. Thank you very much for the information! I will definitely write down what he says if he talks to me unprofessionally again. I think my mgr is planning to address it. She is a nice lady. She has known both of us for a while before she became the mgr, so, she sort of knows that my team lead is "short and rude". I will see how much he may change. I don't have a plan to file for harassment at this point unless things get worse. I still want to work for this company for a while although I was at the edge of quitting in the last few months.
