cqw and 戏雨飞鹰 have great points here. Moreover, I like to point out that confidence is also important. Don't let interviewers feel that you are afraid of answering questions. If you were nervous, you could tell interviewers that you were nervous. That helped me get rid of my nervousness in my early interviews.
