It is good that you are enthusiatic about your work. And it is too bad that others tried to use your language disvantage as an excuse. However, as a foreigner, English is our weakness. Moreover, the difference between eastern and western culture will be a bigger issue. I suggest you should consider the words you used. Don't use negative words when you told them the mistakes they made. I am not saying that you were using negative words. But if you did, try to use some positive words later. Also, we should keep improving our English.
