If I disagree with my managers, I started with "great ideas" too. Then I ask questions. For example, the manager said, "101, I like you to fill this rectangle solid red." But I thought the blue was better. I said, "My boss, red is a great color. I like red very much. Do our clients prefer red color?"
"No. It is my idea." My boss replied.
I said, "Correct me if I am wrong. I remember that our survey say blue is the most popular color for rectangle. Is it risky if we change to red?"
