I worked with an Indian architect (female) before. 50% of my coworkers are from India. Your ideas may not be the best. Your boss may not follow your suggestions. However, those are not reasons to stop speaking out your constructive suggestions. I agree there are the cultural differences. Wording is important where you raise your concerns or your thoughts. However, if you like to move up or improve yourself, speaking out is a key to earn respects.
