I have the same experience before. I guess others might have the same experience. It took courage for you to admit you were not tough in mind. That is a great step to solve the problem.

Now you have seniority. Moreover, you learn in your position so far. The newcomers should have learning curves. Therefore, if you always improve yourself, you would be a great asset of company. I don't think you need to worry about your job security. In the worst case, you had to leave the company. With your knowledge and experiences, I am sure that you could find a new job soon.

Only thing that threats you is yourself. The key to survive is self improvement. I hope this post could help you.
