They like you. However, they have concerns. I guess their biggest concern is that how long you will stay in the company. I assume the company is not big. And they may not be able to give you a good offer. That is the reason why they like to find out your long term goal and salary expectation. If you like to work for them, you should answer those questions carefully. Showing your interests in the company is important.
