several things that you might like to find out:
1. are you too sensitive?
2. how do they treat others?
3. are you trying to involve in the company?

Asian people have different culture background. American usually use positive thinking. Asian use negative thinking. Therefore, sometimes some asian people treat others in a mean way. However, they don't mean to be mean in most of time.

I really cannot give you too much help, because I usually feel warm welcomed in all companies I worked before.
