俺前公司的director, 干了19 年. I did interview a HP guy

I did interview a HP guy who staied in there for 10 years, he is facing the layoff now and start looking.

On resume looks like he knew Data Warehouse stuff and Oracle. However, the project he did is like a baby one with very small data...
Even I feel bad for him and appreciated for his loyalty to HP, but he was rejected immediately by my team interviewer. Reason: He stay in one place for too long and didn't pickup the new stuff....
