setup a traing schedule, manage it as mange other project

Set up a training schedule, get approved by the manager.
Then make it as being manged by any other project, deliver content one by one, or get knowledge from him step by step,
instead of dump everything in the end of the month.

Alert to the manager if the pre-scheduled plan was not delivered on time (by him).
Keep the mgr informed about the schedule and about youe step by step progress.
