Johnny, You know I like this job. I really appreciate you helped me get this offer. As you know from the begin that $nnn will make me very happy. I am NOT say I am going to turn down the offer, since I have the BEST agent like you, I just want to ask how can you help me to reach my goal, so I can convince my 掌柜的 that this is the place I would be very happy to go and you know in this family it is the 掌柜的 who has the final say, I have to make him approved.

Again, as said, you have the experience to talk/negotiate with the Hiring manager, and you don't want me (your boiled duck) to fly away, I believe you have the way to solve this.
