in any market, cash flow is important,

when all the hypes are gone, the buyers are not buying, the sellers are all selling, no more double digit gain, what are you going to do? sell to hope the retain the profit? or hold but pay out of you own pocket? if you have -2000 cash flow on a single project, can you handle 5, or 10, or 15 project at the same time? a 200k salary doesn't go very far on that.

well, just my IMHO, my business attorney reminded me some of the things in the past, back then, only the sky was the limit, seems like everything is going daydayup, and you can lose it all so fast.
