medical diagonistics and devices are recently in crazy buyout and resultantly, the whole sector has substantial price appriciation. The most high profiling buyouts are VMSI, DIGE, ARRO, DADE. The common characteristics of these buyouts are:

1. the company has 2-4B market cap.
2. the company is an industry clear leader in certain function.

VMSI: leader in breast cancer HER2 testing and histology which is of interest to Roche's avastin cancer drug.

DIGE: leader in cervical cancer screening.

ARRO: leader in cardiovascular area

DADE: leader in a few areas.

why RESP?

RESP is a clear leader in respiratory area which is parallel to ARRO
