It is difficult to say

Your portfolio seems have too much small cap. Are you think that small cap will do better based on historical return?

I would check Morningstar for at least 4 stars + funds. You also should have some percentage of emerging market funds. (say 10%-20%).

RE is not doing well this year. maybe not good for another year. giving 10% is recommended in most books.

In addition, I would think that having some percentage of oil/gas fund.
