为什么租金高了，房价会下跌？应该更多人去买房子才对啊？

听说湾区最近租金上涨，不少人就像这干脆买房子算了。虽然即使高租金，仍然比不上mortgage高。

就业市场是高租金的源头吧？它也应该是高房价的支撑哦。
