FMD does not hold loans on its book, there is a danger that FMD's business model may need a structural change to adapt to the new capital market over which FMD may lose its competitive power.

Anyway, FMD's external env is undergoing dramatic change, change always bring huge opp and risk with it, it is time for study, to overcome your weakness, and to show your strength.
