The Canadian dollar reached a new modern-day high of more than $1.07 US today after the release of strong employment numbers.
Canada's economy created 63,000 more jobs last month - five times what analysts expected - and pushed the unemployment rate to a 33-year low of 5.8 per cent.
Still, there is skepticism among consumers and analysts alike who see a possible burst in the economic bubble.
