长线投资利息高一点不是问题，我的利息有从6。42% - 7。65%的。Capital gain才是关键。贷款公司可帮你选不同的银行，没什么不好哇，跟他们时间长了会成为朋友，你今后买房会更容易。要找信誉好的，有些贷款公司老帮华人做假，银行会不批你的贷款。

3。买房子要注意那些陷阱？因为现在房产公司，贷款公司的花招太多了。
