I rented 3 units to a private company call lifeline, it is a state funded program for teenage girls without family, I require them to purchases 1 mil liability insurance with proof to me, and addiontal damage deposit, but I did not increase the rent.

so far they work out ok, the kids did broke some stuff, but the company reimbursed everything they broke.

not any worsed then sec 8 programs.
