liberal and eager to take risk. Some people are forced to take risk since RE is too high and fear it will go higher. They get best business in CA. that is why. When I was in NJ, all of my friends, coworkers have 30 year's fixed rate. Most of us want to convert 30 yrs term to 15 yrs term or even 10 yrs, aiming to reduce interst and accumulate equility fast. These companies wil have no business in non-liberal states.
