回复：外资购房产， 有亲眼见过的吗？

应该有，在上一波房产上涨后，的确有很多“外国人”购房子，加州地区有很多华人地产经纪人都接触过“外国人”出售住宅后所面临的独有的资本增值税预扣的问题（美国公民则无须预扣）。这里指香港、台湾和东南亚人居多。

当然我很怀疑这波房产泡沫后，外国人还会这么踊跃来投资吗，毕竟这波涨得太高，而且日本人曾经有在美国房产市场摔得鼻青眼肿的惨痛教训。
