must be really stupid to let it go this far.

3. why let the tenant take controll the situation for 10 month and not evicting them?
2. even if they did burn the house down, so what? that is why you have insurance.
1. don't ever let your tenant know where you live. keep you personal life private. get a PO box for 10$ a month.
