That is why I want to accumulating cash now. My equity in house is 890K, total asset is 1930K, Loan 840K.

Asset = Loan + Equity.

My personal income from work is large enough to mitigate the risk you mentioned. The annual saving rate of my income is 40-50K. I do not feel it is too bad at all.
