I do not know if you read the following articles by me about investing, they touch some business model discussion, if not, it may be a good read:

I am not really sure what you are asking, if you are asking for business model for individual stocks, then I will spend some time to talk about some stocks that I am familiar with. Otherwise first link talks about good business models in general.
