VUL is good for rich people

VUL is only good for rich people. Personally I have VUL, but I think that I would rather not having it, because I am not rich enough.

Pros:
1. Tax free withdrawn (by borrowing using loan)
2. Tax free growth
3. No your money by law (your creditor cannot claim )

Cons:
1. not a lot of choice in terms of investment. usually no more than 20 mutual funds to choose
2. Fee is not really transparent. you have to dig out to find.
