从学生人数看 Fremont , CA 学区重化

irvington High ------- 2043
American High ------- 2018
MSJ High ------- 2090
Washington High ------ 2085
Kenedy High ------ 1413 ***

Kenedy High district will be filled with new elementary schools. 和他临近的学区有：Ivington, MSJ,washington.其中 MSJ 人口较稳定，没有大量新房建设。Ivington 区 warm spring 有大量新房建设，长期看承受较大压力。所以Irvington and Kenedy 两区有较大可能性融合，重化。但另一个可能性是 MSJ 的Gomes, Mission valley之一进入Kenedy区，但这对Irvington区面临的压力没有帮助。
从投资角度来看，Irvington区已成投资对象，有一定潜力，Kenedy区目前价低，10-25年有较大潜力。
