Local RE updates: NJ and Foster City

NJ: situation is not good. my fiends' houses have been on the market for about 10 months. No serious offer yet. The inventory is high. and Price starts to slide after a year of deadlock between buyers and sellers.

Foster City, peninsula: good. competitively priced homes get out of market quickly and multiple offers are not atypical.
