弯曲买房贷款最好控制在100万

听说过这样的理论，弯曲买房贷款最好控制在100万。

是不是因为过了100万的部分利息不能抵税？另外，美元贬值，利息还不是特别高，所以如果能多贷款，就尽量多贷款，尽量买好的房子。

比如，20万收入，贷100万款，在加上二三十万的头款，一百二三十万的房子，别在saratora/PA，在一般的好学区，这个价位的房子也不会太差了。

这个理论有道理吗？
