4. must try to be nice to coworkers even you hate them.

1. guarantee long hours 80+ hours, weekends are must.
2. never to worry about piss your boss off
3. always new exctiment all the time.
4. unlimited upside potential
5. no 9 to 5 anyday, ok to get up at 12pm everyday
6. FREEDOM to spend a day with kids, no call in.
7. you don't have to watch others ppl face or blame other ppls for mistake you make.

CONS - Self Employ REI
1. no insurance, health insurance is VERY expensive.
2. no pension or 401k - no worry on how much you can contribute.
3. unlimied downside potential - may go all the way down to 001k
4. family hates you for the hours you put in and no return.
5. either need some capital investment or blood sweat equity to get started.
