有没有投资顾问按投资回报收费，而不按投资额收费？

看到大家说投资顾问收投资额的1%。

想问问，有没有投资顾问按投资回报收费，而不按投资额收费？如果亏损就不收费。这样双方的利益不就一致了吗？
