I think he is mainly in comercial properties, he is ok but a lot of hype.

I think he started in cincinnati, OH, he said he bought his first 24unit property with seller carry back, for a mil, and raise the rent so the property then worth 2 mil

well, if you know the OH market, there is not way a 24 unit in cincinnati worth 2mil.

most of the guru make more money in books and seminar then they make in RE, just think 3000 x 500 is 1.5 mil already
