1. Dan Marino didn't win a Superbowl because he got no help from his RB's. It is exactly what I tried to say in my article but misunderstanding might lead to different conclusion. My original statement is:"The other HOF’er QB Dan Mario holds all NFL passing records BUT a Super Bowl ring." I think that I should replace the word "but" with "except" to make it clear.
On a side note: Dan Marino's records are gradually broken. The most TD (touchdown) pass in a single season record was broken by the Colts QB, Peyton Manning, 2 years ago, while the Packers QB, Brett Farve, just established a new record of Most career TD pass by a QB few weeks ago.
Regarding uniform change, I forgot to mention New England Patriots. They, too, changed their uniform in the early 90's and their luck was altered as well. They have won three Super Bowls since then and still maintain the momentum to go for the fourth. Tampa Bay Buccaneers is the other team that have similar luck transformation. All three team's new uniforms are better looking than their old ones.
The Eagles probably deciphered the winning secret and had their players to dress in a new uniform few weeks ago. The public reaction, however, didn't respond well to the new design. People agree unanimously to grade this new uniform "the Ugliest".
