和 Fruitpassion: 大连

Fruitpassion's post reminded me of my own trip to Dalian last Auguest. It was quite hot during the week I was at Dalian.

1. According to the locals, Dalian is famous for three things: western style achitecture, western lawn grass (西来草) and something else that I forgot. And indeed, this claim is true when compared with other Chinese cities (I got so used to the lawn grass that I did not notice it until some one mentioned it).
