wired(RS-60E3) vs wireless(RC-1/RC-5)?

RC-1 has 2 modes, press the remote button and the camera takes the shot immediately or select the 2 sec delay mode. The 2nd function is the same as RC-5.
The RS-60E3 is wired, not remote control. My question is: Can I use the remote (RC-1/RC-5) switch in the back of camera?
