亲们~有没有湖南的兄弟姐妹啊？周日家里开爬梯，来湖南的朋友，

不知道湖南人喜欢吃什么样的菜？我想做一些他们的家乡菜，希望朋友们指点一二。。。
请告诉我一些飞禽类或者牛羊肉类的菜，为了迁就我的饮食习惯，周日的爬梯里没有猪肉。
