Medical insurance---thank you in advance!

My father is green card holder and he is now living in Hwaii. Does anyone know any affordable medical insurance available in Hawaii? And my mother has no green card, but she is going to visit us here with a travel visa, is there any temporary travel medical insurance that I can buy? My mother just had autisium a few month ago.
