请问wipping cream在德语中是sahne么？

也想做刚才看到的那个很棒的吐丝面包，但不知道wipping dream在德语中叫什么？
是不是是Sahne呢？就是平常做蛋糕用的那种稀的奶油，但是用搅拌器打过后成固装的奶油？谢谢大家！！！_(c) _(c) _(c)
