not recommended for birthday cake

My American neighbor said that the whipped cream in the plastic container is not the true cream but some chemical stuff. You might want to check to verify. And also it cannot hold off in a warm environment.
The true hand-whipped cream is much thicker and can hold longer. It is easy to make, all natural, tastes good, but still is not as thick as other icings made of cream cheese, etc.
