reference 的关系 您咋说就咋是

"最近在申请一个工作，要求resume必须includes references.
但是我因为还在上学，想如果找到工作再跟老板谈quit的问题。"
-- If the job application will hurt your current position, then forget it, apply others.
-- There are many Agent like to ask reference in the begining so it can save time and quickly bring the candidates into work if they find one 东家 likes.

Keep your current job is mort imprtant than find another one.

"我的想法：如果对方对我有兴趣，等interview完要reference check的时候，再跟老板摊牌，争取他的谅解及给我做reference。当然如果连interview的机会都没有，当然不需要告诉他了，我还是他的好学生。"

"可是现在刚寄就要，怎么办呢？不争得老板的同意就放上肯定不好，可不可以不放references呢？可是人家要求必须有阿。"
-- Only give the name which will not hurt your current job.

"当然另一个办法是不用老板做. 如果不用我老板，都用２个博士后是不是不太好呢？他们的title倒是挺唬人的。一个是research scientist，一个是research associate，这样成吗"

另外，我的实验前期部分老板不懂，一直是别的实验室的一个博士后在指导我，我想用他作我的另一个reference，可是我们之间是什么关系呢？不是同事，不是老板与学生的关系，怎么写呢？"
-- 你说啥关系就是啥关系. Can be your boss, manager, supervisor, all OK to me. Why not?
-- There are so many experienced friends in here, they all will give good advices.
