You may decide stay in the contractor position, not convert, if you find out they cut too much of your YinZi.

另一种是雇了来当受气筒的短工, You will be blamed for somebody else's mistake, because you are a contractor or consultant. After you take all the balames, it will make the FTE easier to stay.
