两周前面试理想job, 说让等两周. 至今无果, 咋办?

"I got an interview 2 weeks ago and am very interested in it but no responses from them. HR told me that the earliest hiring date would be on New Year and I shouldn't be worried if no reply after 2 weeks. They still put the advertisement on web. Should I ask HR for their decision or wait? If I email them, could you pls tell me how to write such a email? Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!"

After interview, better forget it and give them time to do their job.
Push too hard will lose the negotiation power later on.
However, If you really like the dream job and do nothing will not make you feel comfortable for the coming Christmas, how do you think the following email?

Dear Johnney,
Thanks so much for arranged me the on-site intervew two weeks ago!
I am so excited in these days about the opportunity to make contribution to the company and think about how can I be better prepared to start the work after New Year.
I am writing this email to say Happy Holiday Season to you and also wondering what is the decision of the hiring for this position?
Wish I can get the result soon!
Wish you have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
