However, I don't think B's offer saying that B will ask you to be their Slave for the rest of your life. B didn't say B will not layoff you ( I am sure, cuz B will not that kind of stupid).
In the same token, you can jump anytime you want (if the offer is At-Will) and go the the better lifesyle, better money, and better skill sets, plus better location, + better name, + better size, just like A.
