快失去信心了

找工作快2月了，至今除了2猎头说要发俺的简历到他们的客户那去，什么其它的回音都没有。
本人女，master of computer science 最后一学期， 国内做过as/400 RPG 编程一年多，这里（加拿大）学习中，作业一直是C++写的，发过一篇期刊文章，找工作找得郁闷极了，看不到希望。
另外，不知道怎样定位自己，应该去找技工一类的工作，还是程序员？
该做RPG还是C++？
