12 yrs IT System Admin, not hard to find a job

-- with the college degree in China, it is good enough;
-- and 12 yrs IT experience, currently System Admin experience;
-- Plus the IT job market is prety good now, send resume out, you will gt multipul calls.

-- Nobody will back to school with your experience unless you really want to get a USA degree.
-- Evene after you get that useless degree, so what?
