"前阵子申请了个design engineer的职位， 一直打给HR都没人听，刚才打过去有人接了， 我问what decision you have made regarding to my application? 她说， the position is still open, but the director is very busy at the moment that's why the process is a bit slow...然后她去拿了我的resume, 开始问问题了(没想到),问了我的
long term goal
what do I know about the company?
What role you are seeking?
If you take up this position, you will do sth different, how do you feel about that?
有点紧张， 不过最后还算好， 最后她说她会尽量和上面和我安排个面试and will call me back today.

同志们觉得还有戏吗?觉得不像是个telephone screening(No behavior questions)... "
