如何回答面试中的问题：Why are you looking for a new job?(图)

一般雇主都要问你为什么要离开现在的工作，如何回答才是intelligent的回答呢?
我个人的原因是想离开consulting side, 到客户side, 因为那会使我career 更好,学的东西更实用. 但是我要是说因为我就是想要寻找客户方面的工作, 对方会不会觉得,那你当年去现在的公司干啥? 当年你不想好喽?
