怎么回事？ 算性骚扰吗？

最近急着找工作，因有问题请教，就去找了以前培训班的老师中午吃饭。　老师是给了不少指点和帮助，可出饭馆分手时他却出其不意地吻了我额头，　说不必这么客气请他吃饭之类的。怎么会这样？这算吃豆腐吗？
