请教 美国老土, 布衣之才 and anybody who can help.

There will be a phone interview with a consultant company (full time position) tomorrow. They will defintally ask for the salary requirement. Should I say anything? I am not really interested in the consultant job, but if it pays high enough, I can consider that. So should I say a high number now or wait till the end to negotiate? If not now, what I should say when they ask me? Many Thanks.
