回复：Manager and you

请教 美国老土， I am a manger and I have a boss who is doing nothing. I did all the work but he wants to take the credits. He tried to block my communication with client and his boss because he is threatened by my proactive. Because he is doing nothing, he worried that I will replace him. Why shall I work hard for a boss like this and let him to take all the credits and make him look good? I can run the job by myself without him. Sometimes, I want to look good in front of his boss and client so I bypassed him. He got really mad and said I didn't respect him at all. How I can respect him if he sets a bad example himself? My people won't respect me if I am doing nothing and dump all the work to them.
是不是他一天事我的老板，我就应该忍着？
